A special university of applied sciences, that is definitely what Van Hall Larenstein is. Our school has study programmes and research themes that are mostly unique in the Netherlands and they always cover a special field of expertise. Sustainability and a great responsibility for the future of our planet are recurring items. Besides this, Van Hall Larenstein is internationally focused. Hundreds of students from over 40 different countries turn our schools into genuine multicultural meeting places. Students of Van Hall Larenstein are not numbers. Our teachers and educational staff are close to the students and build personal connections with them. The students who appreciate this are special as well and at least unique. This makes our university of applied sciences happy and proud.
