‘Panggies’ project 3rd on Ecotrophelia

Our Panggies team from Food Technology joined the Ecotrophelia competition. Their project aims to make children eat healthier by adding vegetables to pancake mix. The competition is open to Universities of Applied Sciences and universities. Students who’ve developed an innovative product give presentations about their product.

The jury was very impressed with the industrial possibilities for these veggie pancakes. They were also full of praise for the team spirit of our international team.

Panggies came in third in this round and will represent VHL University of Applied Sciences (VHL) on June 6th in Zwolle during the Afgri Food Top symposium. The winner will represent the Netherlands in the European finale in Paris.
