VHL has first Higher Professional Education masters with EADI accreditation
The masters Management of Development (MoD) and Agricultural Production Chain Management offered by Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences are the first Higher Professional Education masters to have been accredited by The European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes (EADI). This gives these masters international recognition as a ‘development programme’. MOD has obtained the accreditation for the entire period of five years. APCM can carry the quality mark for two years and will have to meet a few criteria by then.
EADI, the European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes, is the leading European network in development research and education. EADI is a European network of institutes, researchers and students from different disciplines in the field of development studies. It organises activities and offers facilities for the international exchange of knowledge and experience. The main activity is a general triennial conference devoted to a current topic. The official languages of EADI are English and French.
Van Hall Larenstein is proud of this result and thanks all those involved for their efforts!
